PIC's leadership team provides governance support, operating oversight, and accountability across operating companies and portfolio investment company relationships.
As a member of PIC's leadership team, Laurie leverages PIC's internal resources to help equity investment (minority interest) companies grow and succeed. Prior to PIC, she spent many years working in the agriculture sector. She recommends potential equity investment opportunities for PIC. Craig serves on PIC's leadership team, splitting his time between Kreos Aviation, Mitchinson Flight Centre, Round Table Management, and a multitude of other projects. He has an extensive background in business management, people management, marketing, sales, and business analysis. Craig has developed this wide range of skills having worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies over the past 15 years prior to joining the PIC Group of Companies in March 2008. Craig brings top level negotiation skills to the team.
Terris brings a strong business management track record to PIC. He has several years of executive experience, and over a decade in senior Investment Banking roles - where he helped raise $17.5B in capital, and advised on $21.0B in completed M&A assignments. At PIC, he is principally focused on working closely with PIC's operating companies, and helping them operate and grow their business. He is also responsible for transacting broader opportunities for PIC to acquire more businesses and achieve accretive growth. Terris has an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta, and is a P.Eng.
As CFO, Hugh sets the financial agenda for the PIC Group while providing timely advice to the CEO and directors. His extensive, cross-disciplinary experience allows him to excel in reporting and analyzing financial data within the group and assisting in decision support operations to enable leaders to operate more effectively and efficiently.
Greg serves on PIC's leadership team, responsible for PIC's relationship with the leaders of our operating companies; ClearTech Industries, Caron Transportation Systems Partnership, Panther Industries, CanGas Propane Inc., Kreos Group, Long Lake Insurance, Adventure Destinations Inc. and Round Table Management Ltd. We own our businesses through a governance process. In addition, Greg provides oversight for a few of PIC's portfolio investment companies. Greg is also President and CEO of PIC Investment Group Inc. Having worked in all but one of the PIC Group operating companies provides Greg with a unique perspective on opportunity procurement for the PIC Group.
Cara serves on PIC's leadership team and leads HR strategy and employee support services across PIC Group teams.
