Josie started working with PIC as the Administrative Assistant in 2018. With over 6 years of Customer Service and Reception experience, she will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We are thrilled to have Josie as part of the PIC team!

Ryan Orth - Controller
Ryan comes to PIC Group with a diverse skill set including experience in data analysis, process engineering and project management. With a distinctive blend of technology and business education, he has a strong passion for financial management and is excited to contribute his knowledge to the PIC team.
Jenny Dmytryshyn – Accounting Student
After declaring her major in accounting, Jenny jumped at the opportunity to join PIC as the new accounting student. With varied experience in customer service roles, she is quick to adapt and take on anything that comes her way. Jenny is excited to gain more knowledge and hands on experience in this field while continuing her degree.
Megan Foster – Accounting Student
After completing her second successful summer with PIC, Megan has become an integral part of the accounting department. With a broader foundation of knowledge in accounting, Megan has assumed more responsibilities with several of the operating companies and gained more independence and autonomy. We are delighted to see Megan continue with the company!
Chrissie Francisco - Accounting Technician
Chrissie joined PIC as an Accounting Technician in early 2020 with high hopes of learning the ins and outs of Accounting and General Business. While she has a Degree in a different field, she is keen to learn new things which drove her to jump at the opportunity of a career with PIC. Chrissie has over 9 years of Customer Service experience and has worked as a Data Encoder and Transcriptionist which makes her a valuable addition to the team. She has quickly adapted to her role, gained confidence and is happy to work with the PIC accounting team.

Xuan (Shanna) Jiang - Financial Analyst
Shanna has several years’ experience as a financial analyst in the real estate and power industry. In her role at PIC, she provides investment analysis support, financial modeling, and due diligence activities. Shanna received her Master’s degree in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and obtained her CFA certification in 2019..

Jamelyn Gealan - Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Jamelyn first worked with Kreos Aviation as bookkeeper for 3 months before joining PIC in the middle of June 2021, she is bringing her 8 years Canadian Accounting and Payroll experience to make sure all employees of PIC Group and its subsidiaries will be paid on time.

Mary Daigneault - Accounting Supervisor
Mary has a long history with PIC, joining the PIC Group for the off season at Selwyn Lake Lodge in 1997, in accounting. Mary's unflagging enthusiasm is contagious, and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Call Mary with any questions regarding AR or AP.

Known as a caring and collaborative organizational leader, Cara brings her experience working in the human resources field to guide leaders and teams to develop processes, systems and policies that promote the talents and skills of their people to successfully achieve their organization’s goals.

Michelle joined PIC in the Spring of 2020 after spending four years working in public accounting, where she developed extensive accounting and tax knowledge. Michelle’s diligence will support PIC in financial reporting, internal audit, due diligence, and assisting PIC Group Controllers
