Hydor-Tech Ltd is a water treatment chemical manufacturer, working with a network of Distributors to offer a wide range of inorganic coagulants to various markets, including municipal water and wastewater, pulp and paper, oil and gas, textiles, food processing, dairy, leather, automotive, laundries and other industrial applications. Hydor-Tech Limited also offers toll blending contracts which are mutually beneficial arrangements which allow our customers to leverage our manufacturing expertise and flexibility to their advantage.

We entered into a partnership with a local general contractor whom we have known for approximately ten years. We provided an opportunity to our partner to build a bigger project than what he could accomplish on his own. In exchange, PIC gained an opportunity to work with a partner in residential construction on a limited basis

ClubMynx Fitness Inc

In 2008, PIC entered into an Angel Investment partnership and loan with a young entrepreneur and former PIC Group employee, Dawn Wotherspoon. ClubMynx specializes in offering alternative fitness classes such as Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Fly Fitness (Hammock/Sling), Aerial Silks, and Barre Fitness.  The recent expansion of ClubMynx has led to increased growth and profitability.  The results have been a testament to both the Angel Investment process, and Dawn’s dedication to the business..

Doepker Industries Ltd.

Doepker is a Canadian bulk trailer manufacturer with particular strength in the agriculture market. Our involvement helped Doepker through the economic crisis and intends to position the business to take advantage of growth opportunities going forward. Our participation has been active in the aspects of asset management and corporate finance.

Kipp & Zonen BV

Kipp & Zonen provides class-leading instruments for measuring solar radiation and atmospheric properties in Meteorology, Climatology, Hydrology, Industry, Renewable Energy, Agriculture and Public Health. Our mission is to satisfy the fundamental need to monitor atmospheric properties related to climate change, classical meteorology, agriculture, renewable energy and the available water budget.

Verdient Foods

Verdient Foods is a state-of-the-art ingredient manufacturing facility located in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan. Verdient’s focus is the value-added processing of proteins, starches, fibres, and flours extracted from Saskatchewan produced pulse crops using a dry fractionation and milling process. In November of 2020, James and Suzy Amis Cameron and PIC sold Verdient Foods to Ingredion, a leading global specialty ingredients company.
